If you would like to visit outside of these hours, please call the warehouse to make arrangements. We also welcome visitors. We hold our full range of kits and supplies at our premesis, we also have Ruth Annette's OOAK dolls and Reborn Dolls on display. Collectors ae welcome to come and see Ruth's work in person and purchase direct from the shop.

12. Delivery Information
Simply Reborn Ltd. Delivers worldwide. We ship three times a week. We book our courier parcels via Inter parcel, who use FedEx, DHL, Home Delivery Network, TNT and DPD. We also send smaller items via Royal Mail or Parcel force.
13. Return Policy
We accept returns on all items providing they are not altered in anyway. Please inform us via email within 7 days of delivery. You may choose a replacement or refund. Please email ruthannette@live.de to make a return.
