Irresistables Reborn Heat Set Paints & Mediums were created because there was a need to continue keeping up with the demands of the reborn paint market. We have worked for months to come up with the perfect recipe for both our colors and our mediums. We know you will enjoy using them and will be impressed with how easily they apply thus creating the perfect finished product. We will continue to add to our product line as needed and look forward to the positive feedback from the artists.
We have created 6 mediums aimed specifically toward artists favorites. The mediums are available in 1 oz. and 4 oz. jars. Each one has its own purpose and after the varnishes are heat set, you will be amazed at the surface of the vinyl. The primer is great to prep your vinyl and the thinning and thick work great with all of our IRHSP other mediums and colors. Our mediums are made in an industrial grade material that has been tested for steadfastness, longevity and overall durability. IRHSP paints and mediums are odorless and non toxic and will not fade or dull the paint. IRHSP mediums and paints are 100% compatible with all heat set, oil based or air dry paint systems including Genesis.
Irresistables Reborn Heat Set Paint (IRHSP) Satin Varnish is a brand new formula that when applied over the desired paint surface creates a satin finish. Depending on how thick it is applied, a semi gloss appearance is achievable leaving a smooth surface. You can mix this product with any of our other IRHSP mediums to achieve what you are looking for. IRHSP satin varnish is great for a slight shine on lips or for getting the perfect texture for nails. This product is compatible with any oil based heat set paint products. You will love the new consistency and have fun being creative with this product to make sure you are happy with the end result.
DIRECTIONS: After heat setting the paint, let it cool to room temperature. Place some IRHSP satin varnish on a palette and stir with a spatula to make it more fluid. Using a wide brush, apply one thin coat of the satin varnish over the paint. Heat to 265 degrees and bake for 9 minutes just like the IRHSP colors. Do not heat above 350.
